tl;dr Round on Me is free, requires no account, and collects almost nothing. You must be of legal drinking age to use it. Round data auto-deletes in ~2 hours. We don't sell or share your info. Drink responsibly. 🍺

1. Age requirement

You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region to use Round on Me (21+ in the US, 18+ in most other places). By using the app, you're confirming you meet that requirement.

2. What we collect

Your name — saved in your browser so you don't have to retype it. Never sent to our servers unless you create or join a round.
Round data — host name, venue name, venue coordinates (a public place, not your location), RSVPs, and response timestamps are stored on our servers while a round is active. Everything auto-deletes within 2 hours.
Your location — if you tap "Near me," your coordinates are used only to improve venue search results. They are never logged or stored on our servers.
Map tiles — when a venue map is shown, your browser loads map images from CARTO. CARTO may see your IP address and the map area being viewed.
Page views — we use GoatCounter for anonymous analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data. Just a headcount.

No accounts. No tracking pixels. No selling your data. Ever.

3. Third-party services

Round on Me relies on a few outside services: Cloudflare hosts the app and stores round data. OpenStreetMap / Nominatim powers venue search. CARTO serves map tiles. GoatCounter counts page views. Each has its own privacy policy and we're not responsible for their practices.

4. Fair use

Use the app for what it's for: coordinating rounds with real people at real places. Don't create fake rounds, scrape or abuse our servers, or let minors use it.

5. Drink responsibly

RSVPing is always optional. Round on Me isn't responsible for anything that happens in the real world — please look out for each other and never drink and drive.

6. No warranty & liability

Round on Me is provided as-is with no guarantees. We may change or discontinue the service at any time without notice. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you is $0.00 (because the app is free). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
